At our online journal store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of most items within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@ayetask.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s).

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Customized items, such as personalized journals, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
